NETWORK ANOMALY

Earth 2126, this was the start of the third world war to witch everything changed. Most places where decimated by this war and made almost unliveable a few places where safe to make into towns and small settlements but it was not the same as it was before the war. Over time larger settlements became cities and technology started to be created again but again this would lead to a dangerous world. In 2307 the US and Asia started a technology war to see who would be the best suited to maintain the worlds economy this in turn caused both sides to start sabotaging each other  and this started the Cyber-War of 2311 witch set everything back yet again, this war was chaos in itself as it was all done with computer viruses that would shut down all technology and turn cities into waste lands again since they could not maintain power or anything that required the technology to maintain it. After 6 and a half years of this going on and the world dropping almost to the brink of extinction, the rest of the countries of the world decided to create a new government that would maintain and manage everything to stop these from happening again. NEG was born on the 19 of June 2318, and to this day it still maintains everything to make sure earth doesnt become Extinct. Over the next 25 years with the help of the NEG, new cities where built to make places liveable again, there are still some settlements out in what is now called the wastes, not quite waste land but its very difficult to live out there. These cities are the main hub for everything and anything, they are brightly light up and the technology has become the norm and is so popular and advanced that it is starting to be augmented into people to help them with there daily lifes.
